Glory to Jesus Christ!

Text Alerts via Flocknote
Thanks to the growth of our parish, we have a communication problem. And that’s a good problem to have!

Beginning immediately, we will be using Flocknote (a trusted parish management program) to send real-time text alerts in the event of time changes, cancellations, and/or other time sensitive information. We will continue to use the website and calendar for news and dates. If Flocknote proves useful, we may expand its use.

To begin receiving alerts, text 4EOC to 84576 or sign-up at 4eorthodoxchurch.flocknote.com.

And please add 84576 to your contacts so you don’t miss an alert!

Prayers
In your prayers please continue to remember our catechumens (Rob & Stacy M. and children, Michael F., Nicholas M., Michael H., James T., Tom B., and Nicholas & Taylor R.), new mothers and babies, the sick, the poor, travelers, those impacted by war and calamities, our country, and those in need.

“First of all, then, I urge that supplications, prayers, intercessions, and thanksgivings be made for all people,…” — 1st Epistle of St. Timothy 2.1

Choir Practice
Choir practice will meet this week at the Mukai home on Tuesday, 30 September 2025, at 6:30pm.

Catechumens’ Class
Catechumen class will continue on Wednesday, 01 October 2025, at 7pm. All are welcome!

Bible study will continue to alternate every other week with the catechumens’ class. (Next Bible study on 08 October 2025 at 7pm).

Bishop’s Visit
Metropolitan Antony will make an archpastoral visit to our parish on Sunday, 05 October 2025. We will greet Metropolitan Antony in the narthex at 9:00am and the Hierarchical Divine Liturgy will soon follow.

If you are able, please consider parking on Crocker Street to help accommodate our members and guests with limited mobility. The parking lot is small and we appreciate your help!

Finally, a thank you all who were able to join in the church cleaning effort this past Sunday. Another cleaning session is scheduled for Saturday, 04 October 2025 from approximately 4:30-5:45.

Holy Water for Home Use
More water was blessed this past Saturday, 27 September 2025, during the Lesser Blessing of the Waters following Vespers. If you need more holy water for home use, please bring a container and see Fr. Gregory, Rdr. Jacob, or our altar server.
